I got a computer from my work with Windows2000 professional installed on it. How do i change 2 windows xp home

I would like to change the operatoring system from a network computer that was used at work to windows xp for home use. I already have xp at home on other computersI got a computer from my work with Windows2000 professional installed on it. How do i change 2 windows xp home
Flatten the hard drive and reinstall Win XP.
