I got a windows xp computer from a friend of mine and its in german, i need it in english, but cant, i dont no any german.How do you change a windows xp computer from german to english when you dont no the german?

In german, that would be

and change it to

Englisch

It's not possible to change the language after you've installed windows. You can only change the format of the clock etc. I don't think that's what you want....
