How do you change the windows XP toolbar to a color beside silver and blue?

I want to give my toolbar a new color besides the blue and silver that comes with Windows XP. The toolbar i'm talking about it located next to the Start button which links you to all the documents and programs..etc. I want something that won't make my computer crash. I just wanna match my toolbar with desktop theme/background. THANKS!!How do you change the windows XP toolbar to a color beside silver and blue?

u cant do anything else then that those are the only choice or u can download themes from cd or online u can download
try Zune Desktop (google for a link).. its a freeware.. but it changes your windows/task bar color to BLACK..!! gives a nice semi-Vista Look to it :)
