How do I change the default theme and appearance on Windows XP? I want the theme I choose to be automatically loaded when I make a new user. Is it possible and how do I do this?How do you change the Win XP Default Appearance?
Display Properties, change things the way you like. Themes tab, save as, Windows XP if you must. I like to keep the XP theme the way it is and use a different name for the custom theme even if it is an extra click or two.
