have a log on screen with the blue background, and the picture icons for each user. its gone and i now have a desktop background and just a username and password window that just says: type in username and password to begin. how can i change it back to the icon users on XP?Change my XP log on screen back?
open the control panel and double click the user accounts icon
click change the way users log on or off
put a tick in the box marked Use welcome screen
click apply options you should have your old log on screen backChange my XP log on screen back?
