My computer had problems so the techie changed my Windows XP professional to Windows XP Home. Now I can't get to my Paint Shop Pro Ultimate. It seems to be there otherwise I would re-install it.How do I get my photo editing program back after I change from XP professional to XP home?

He should have re-installed XP Pro, assuming that it was pre-installed on your PC.
What he did was install a ';Pirated'; XP Home, illegally on your PC. And, that's why Paint Shop Pro Ultimate won't work, it knows XP Home is pirated.
