How to change windows xp folder properties as I wanted to delete read only folder.?

Right click on the folder.

Choose ';Properties.';

De-select ';Read Only.';

You can now fully access and write to the folder.

Good Luck!

PS: Read-Only folders can be deleted same as any other folder. You simply can not add to it. However, if it is saying you can not, you don't have sufficient access to do so. In short, you are not the SysAdmin, or not running an Admin account.
