How do you change Win XP settings so only the Folder name shows instead of the entire path?

Lets say your folder name is

C:/documents and settings/Micah/Desktop/Working Progress

I want to just show ';Working Progress'; on the title of the folder while it's open. Is that possible on Windows XP? If so, how?How do you change Win XP settings so only the Folder name shows instead of the entire path?
If you have a minus ';-'; symbol in front of the folder, click on it and it should change to a plus ';+'; symbol and just show the folder and not the cascade menu under it.How do you change Win XP settings so only the Folder name shows instead of the entire path?
I just opened one of my folders, clicked tools%26gt;Folder options%26gt;View Tab and unchecked ';Display the full path in the title bar';. All of my folders showed just their names after that.
