No (nothing that's 100% compatible and stable)... and why on earth would you want to???How to change WIndows XP to look and work like Windows Vista?
Well, CrystalXP is the best place to go.

Plenty of downloads, and most of them are automatic.
why the heck would you want it to work like vista if you want that you may aswell buy vista and hope that it runs normal
On my computer I have used this program:

It doesn't however get you the sidebar, this is just the theme/style.

There are several possibilities that you can choose from if you want the sidebar features, there is a list of them here:

Hope this helps!
You can install 3rd party software such as Style XP and Windows Blinds. Using these softwares, you can change the look of Windows XP(icons, boot screen, themes, etc). They are safe. I personally do not like any software which interferes with the integrity of the operating system. And I think uninstalling them will also undo any changes you make.
I really do nat understand why the hell you want to change it to look like vista it makes your slow and sometimes it leads to crashes I guess you might go for the original vista.
Use Vista inspirat theme
