When i right-click on the desktop and go to change my wallpaper, the picture stays the same, then the change doesn't show up until i restart the computer. it is supposed to change right away. what the hell is wrong with it and how can i fix it?MY desktop wallpaper won't change (windows XP)?
Some computers do that I believe. I myself have a vista and it does that same thing.
