You wont and XP is obsolete in 2012. I would get Windows 7.
Best way is to reinstall the OS in Spanish.
You have to buy a MUI package from Microsoft. You can only change minor things from regional and language options in the control panel but not the interface and menus.

Once installed, Windows is set in the original language chosen during its powerup installation, when it asked all those nice questions.... !

Choices appear to be:

- Make your restore/reinstallation disks (you should do this anyway)

See if re-installing will let you change language.

You may also be able to re-install from the restore partition that should be on the disk

see also reinstalling:

- Get hold of an english copy (borrow one) and re-install using the same Key as on PC now.

(you will need the disks for any extra packages - also in english)

and the same on the packages..

FYI: in general the Multi language options are built on an English(sic) version of Windows, which is not what you have now..
