Under the Windows XP start menu, is there a way to change the menu under 'All Programs' to just show the actual programs rather than Folders which lead to more folders? Is there something to change the way it looks to something like Mac's Doc bar?How to change XP Program Menu?

Go to:

\StartMenu\Programs';
There you will see the folders, if you would like to move a program out, copy the shortcut to the actual ';start menu folder,'; once that's done delete the program folder. So next time you click on start%26gt;All Programs, you will see that shortcut.
Add program shortcuts to ';C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs';.
Get a program called RocketDock, it does exactly what the Mac 'dock' does.
